Would like to find out from you the following:

1. HDB resale has been vacant since 2018 (Collecting key on 1st/2nd week of Dec 2020).

A. Is doing this ceremony (http://www.geomancy.net/info/initial-opening.pdf) as what you've provided more than enough? OR

B. Have to engage a shifu to help us with the cleansing of house first to appease and inform whoever is inside the house about the change of owner before we do the initial door opening ceremony?

2. Understand that there is a paid services of SGD68 to have Auspicious Date for First Time Opening Door, Move-In, Start of Renovation. How far ahead will you provide us with the date & time for first time opening door, move-in, start of renovation, if we were to buy it from you this month? Will it be as far as March 2021?

As we are looking at a timeline like this:

1st/2nd week of Dec 2020 after key collection -> door opening ceremony -> start of renovation (around 2-3 months taking into consideration Christmas, New Year & CNY holiday break)

Move in - should be around Late Feb 2021 or March 2021.
