The block has been circled in black as attached. Read that houses at t junctions as well as water bodies behind the houses are not advisable. Does this case fall under these 2 scenarios? Thank you.

If there are situations where there is strong winds: just imagine holding an umbrella and it has a mind of it's own and wants to fly away... time to control the wind into the unit.
