Do all 3 South facing houses face the Direct Spirit?

Dear Master Lee,

I am in the midst of house hunting and would like to seek your advice. 

Do all 3 South facing houses (S1, S2, S3) face the Direct Spirit (正神）in Period 9?

However, only S1 has double 9 facing stars whereas S2 & S3 are double 9 sitting stars. Is facing Direct Spirit more important or double facing stars when it comes to choosing the most auspicious house in Period 9?
