Hi master.

Can altar table be place at the red box location shown in the picture?

Back of the altar table is kitchen wall but with no stove

Yes, it is possible. Especially if it is also not sharing the same wall with a microwave, toaster or oven. The side of the fridge is okay.

A commercially purchased altar also does allow a gap between the altar and the shared wall = better.
