Dear Master Cecil,

I understand that the main door should be the largest door in the house. Can you help advise me as my kitchen entrance is bigger than my main door. 

My contractor suggested to do a 3 panel PD door, will that help?

To add on, he suggested a 3 panel PD door with the last panel fixated.

Fixated is preferred. Usually. If this fixed panel can be differentiated eg. with an Opaque  glass or opaque film.
