Hi Master, I am keen in this house. Is there any problem with trapezium shape land and any way to overcome it?

1. Generally I don’t see much issue with the “house/building” in relation to the triangle plot other than it would have been a waste to place the stairs at the area.

2. What is most devastating (if any) could be eg. a drain running at the side of this house and/or it’s yard area.
