Other than Malay Weddings (if any); Funeral activities within either of the Precinct Pavilions are unplanned. Such activities can happen at any time. Even during auspicious occasions (touchwood) like 1st or 2nd day of Chinese New Year!. 2. Just two days ago, a client was considering the purchase of a condo unit at 5th storey. View taken from the potential purchase unit towards a neigbouring HDB estate's Precinct Pavilion. 2.1. Fortunately, the trees obstruct the view of this Precinct Pavilion. 2.2. However, on that day of visit, there was a funeral activity going on at this Pavilion. 2.3. The client was concerned with the loud "noise" coming from this Pavilion.
