Happy New Year master.

Ask a general question: old flats nowadays their exterior building looks old, never paint, etc... is this bad fengshui compared to brand new flats?
I recall that in 1990s, every 5years Town Council paint the outside building. Since 2005 and after 15years i dun see painters come anymore..

Feng Shui is just 33.33%of the total luck. The others are Heaven Luck (individual ba zi) and Man or Human luck. Each also accounts for 33.33% each.

Even if Feng Shui may not be affected… but Human or man luck is equally important. As isn’t it great to feel good and equally proud to live in a clean, bright (exterior) home vs a sloppy Aged looking building. And this accounts for also for a whopping 33.33% also!
