Hello, Master Lee! Could I check with you about the Pineapple and Fa Gao I need to prepare and put in the house on the eve of the move in? Or on the actual move-in the day then I bring them along together and place them in within the dining / kitchen area?

This two items best to be on the day of move in. More meaningful

Choosing a Renovation Date.
Must we also consider an auspicious timing?

No need to consider timing?

For renovations Start timing frankly is not compulsory.

However, you can "VIEW HOUR" from you Combined Auspicious Date Report:
