Hello Master! Does a toilet underneath the staircase have any remedy? I have been looking at a property with the attached plan - the stairs continue over the toilet and laundry here to the first floor of this townhouse. Or should we no longer consider this property?

Frankly, not perfect, but not a fatal error or issue.

Unlike the opposite of a toilet above the stairs = highly unlikely case.
