Hello Sir,

I'm looking at buying a lot in a quiet/ low density residential subdivision. I have attached photos below. I badly need your advice if this lot sits on an indirect t-junction and is on an undesirable feng shui position.

Thank you Master!

Equally important consideration is the shaded area:D00D0087-861F-4336-B876-F56AF48654E1.thumb.jpeg.0014840669d308dc29eabeda303fc35f.jpeg

Frankly the satellite photo, mislead me to zoom in on that “malevolent plot”. Until I saw the site-map. It would have been great that the actual plot is more visible in the first place.

Dear Master Cecil,

Thank you very much for your reply! I extremely  appreciate it.

I have attached 2 more satellite photos. The lot is the yellow square. These might help show that the back and side of the lot have an elevated terrain. Screenshot_20220910-124155_Earth.thumb.jpg.92d6df784af396251c6b6f78f6e6a6d6.jpgScreenshot_20220910-124155_Earth.thumb.jpg.92d6df784af396251c6b6f78f6e6a6d6.jpg

Your impressions are very much appreciated.

Thank you, Master!

Thanks for the photos.

1. Surrounding area looks like virgin land and not exactly a huge flat piece of land.

2. Can't really see too clearly. But if I am not mistaken most likely the rear of that plot could be sloping downwards (maybe a little).

3. Generally the indirect T junction is not a cause for concern especially if the house and external is built or sited properly.

4. In my opinion one concern is the Feng Shui depends very much of built up of this house and in the future especially of what is built both directly or indirectly behind this house also.

Dear Master Cecil,

Thank you very much for your feedback; I truly appreciate it!

Yes, the surrounding area is virgin land and the subdivision is not on a huge flat piece of land. Also, part of the rear of the plot has a gradual downward slope (left side of the plot when facing the front part/road).

It's a relief to know about the indirect T junction.

Your advice is well noted. I will look at another available lot within the same subdivision. I hope it's okay if I send the photos here again for a general feedback.

Once again, thank you very much, Master Cecil!
