I read that for every person, a person luck is normally apply for a cycle of 10 years based on heavenly stem and 10 years based on earthy stem.
Question 1

I would like to know if a person is short of metal and water , and based on pillars of luck he has a particular 10 years with exceptional higher metal and water, does that mean that the 10 years would be a better and more balance years for him.
Question 2
----------
Does that also mean that during this 10 years, he may not need as much of metal and water, because he already has exceptional higher levels of such element based on 10 years cycle ?
