December 18, 20222 yr Staff In my opinion, no. Especially since HDB Block 76 is buffered by Kim Keat House. And Lorong Ampas is considered as a "minor" road mainly used as a service road for around 10 to 11 buildings and (2 temples). Furthermore, traffic movement on such a road is not expected to reach max of 30 KPH. Furthermore, certainly not for a unit at 13th storey's high in Block 76.
