Can you please advise whether the layout of house can be considered normal or required Feng Shui cure? 

In my opinion, this is not perfect but neither this alone is considered as a "fatal" error.

However, to some it is more of a concern for newly married couples. 

In fact there are far worst, odd shaped designs than this found elsewhere.
