Hi,

Living in either Singapore HDB or Condominium, if some renovation is been done, such as replacing of door and hacking toilets, does it consider the unit has changed its natal birth period?

Frankly, I consider all these you mentioned as "cosmetic" updates. And often or rarely can change the natal Flying Star Period.
