Did you notice many units with sagging ziptracks?

Barely a few days or months and many of the canvas looks like this… sagging old…

Worse, some do not have a green label. And when contact with sunlight and UV may emit vinyl toxic substances…eg. Formaldehyde etc…

Suddenly, my Facebook gets flooded with various ads on zip track commercials.

Please do your due diligence…

Poor quality zip track materials.Just one block = block 81 Florence Residences.

Lots of wrinkles…unsightly…Hope is not one of those poor group but choice x so many victims…

Check also whether the zip track material contains harmful chemicals like formaldehyde or not?

Safest to check if their materials have a “green label for safety”
