Any remedy for Bagua at neighbour's back door?

Dear Master Lee,

 

My new neighbour just moved in opposite my unit. They have a bagua at the back door, which kind of faces my front door, about 45 degrees; if I stand at my front door, I still can see it. We have a high fence and a tree semi-blocking it. The picture attached is  the view from my front door. Can you please advise if there is any remedy?

Either they found some Sha qi (poison arrow) or place it for fun.

As the centre mirror is I believe a convex mirror. While the outer trigram is for “protection”

As don’t have a full picture of your frontage, not know what is their purpose- if any.
