What is the meaning if the mole is little higher than the one shown in #20 in between the eye brows. I read somewhere that it means lucky since it signifies pearl between the two dragon. Secondly what does it mean if the mole is on left nostril. And if the mole is on the right top of the ear. Thanks.

First, the good news is that the moles mentioned under the illustration at
http://www.geomancy.net/fs/face.htm
usually refers to `significance' of inauspicious moles.
Thus the `good news' is that any other positions are either considered neutral or if wants one to consider acceptable locations.
Frankly, I have researched further on the mole you mentioned, yet.
