T.O.P. In 2005

Really like the 360 degrees wrap round RC ledge if this entire block.

Not only is it a cool way to minimise afternoon sun (shade); but also safe to leave some of the windows slightly opened to allow ventilation into the house / room.

Can understand the concerns of some developers who fear of the birds.

So far, in my opinion I have yet to see any nor bird droppings.
