Appended by Cecil Lee - I have hidden these information:
Block X, [Some Avenue]  / Block X? and  Block Y.

"There are numerous occasions when a message was shared asking for advice that included specific Block and Street names. Later, after a response was given, the request was made to delete the message. Wherever feasible, I have taken out any identifying details. However, I will not comply with the request to erase the post."

Hi feng shui masters, I'm looking at a potential home at Block X, [Some Avenue] . The building is a high-rise, but as I've seen from the satellite map and taken a real picture, the access balcony (corridor) faces Block Y, which is a much lower, 3-storey block.

My main concern is the feng shui implications of this setup. The lower Block Y has a very distinctive, almost jagged shape with some shops on the first floor. Could feng shui master in this area please share their opinion? Is this a significant feng shui issue, and if so, what kind of cures or remedies could be used for the unit's main door area or should I get this unit at Block X?

Thank you for the prompt response, as the flat should be a fast seller given the location.

5. For units in blue A and B, even if one can see the "spine", these two units or others except X are considered not to be affected by the "spine" even if one can see it.

5.1. For example, if X is at the #5th storey, and if the whole block is 32 storeys high, #6 to #32 and also #1 to #4 are considered not affected by the "spine".

5.2. However, some may think otherwise. And as mentioned under Para 3. So long as one can see the "spine" to them it is a "No go" situation.

IN SUMMARY

Therefore even if the lower Block Y has potential sharp corners, so long as the unit one is interested to purchase is not at the same level as Block Y, then there is no issue or concern.

"In conclusion, the presence of sharp corners in lower Block Y poses no concern for potential buyers, provided that the unit of interest is situated at a different level. This distinction ensures that any architectural features of Block Y do not adversely affect the unit at Block X." - - Master Cecil Lee
