Hi,
In order to pacify the number 5 star in my room, I taped 6 coins to red paper and then taped this to the back of a free-standing 5R picture frame. I then place this picture frame on my desk. The desk is placed against a wall so the back of the picture frame is not visible from the front. Of course you can see it if you look closely from the side.
Is this going to be effective against the 5 star? Or must the 6 coins stick out like a sore thumb to be effective?

Dear Anon,
This is quite subjective and there are differing opinions on this. You have added a further `twist' by indicating that it can be seen from the side.
If you MUST do it, `try it' and willing to share with us your findings, that will be great.
