I am interested in finding out how to apply your Plus Equilibrium Theory to a cul de sac. As FS practice, I have been walking around my new neighborhood and noticed quite a few cul de sacs in the blocks nearby. How do you put a water feature on a public road in front of the houses? I avoiding buying a house on a cul de sac because I wasn't clear on the FS rules governing such configurations. When in doubt, don't buy it. Thank you.
