I'm just a beginner,any help,advice is appreciated.
attached herewith my office sitting arrangement .
I know that my sitting place is not very good location but I can't make
any change(move) because it's up to the upper level.(management).
I been working with my company almost 6 years,but not getting any
promotions and i'm not a favorable staff in office too.
i'm born in 06 APR 1970.
(if you need any info for myself, do send me a mail i'll reply you
back).
Please give me some direction as to what i can do.

Dear Ken,
I've added two questions in the attached file for you.  
From the Shapes and Form School of Feng Shui, your office table seems a bit 'entrapped' at a 'dead' end or corner.  
To be honest, it isn’t an ideal setup, especially if your back is left unprotected by a narrow stretch of corridor behind you.
