Where to put septic tank?

Dear Cecil,
Is it okay to place my septic tank in any 8 house orientation or direction. Would it be good or bad? Please help me solve my problems.

Grateful if you could elaborate further:
1. How large is the septic tank.
2. Are you staying in a landed property.
3. A sketch if possible of the compound of the house.
4. Is this a hospital or home.
