Dear cecil,
I read somewhere that health care is available to rich people only and not to poor people in China. Is this true. Thanks.

Dear Anon,
In my opinion, this is not necessarily a true statement. However, if one is poor and caught HIV or aids, you do need money to pay for `better' treatment.
