Attaching house layout

Dear Cecil,
I would like to send my house layout for your advice. I went to the conference for layouts, but i could not figure out how to attach it. My file is a JPEG file. If I click on the 'attach file' box, nothing seems to happen. It's not like an 'insert file' command as in an email.
Do I have to save the file in another format?
Suggestions please.

1. Enclosed please find sample snapshots on how to attach a file or several files.
2. Please note the following guidelines:
2.1 Depending on the conference, we have placed file restrictions (depending on the conference).
2.2 You will be prompted if the file size exceeds the limit imposed. If so, try to reduce the file size: using .jpg format
