Posted November 23, 200024 yr I am currently enrolled in the About Feng Shui course and I am confused about finding my Gua number. I have no trouble finding the male, but I had mine figured to be a 7. I printed a report Eight house and found it to be a 9. My birth date is June 22, 1967. Thanks JOy
Posted November 25, 200024 yr Staff Dear Joy,Method 1========For 1967 (female):-[1.] 67 - 4 = 63[2.] 63 / 9 = 7 remainder 0[3.] Gua is the remainder 0 (which is treated as Gua 9)I believe you took the value 7 which is not the gua number.It should be the remainder 0. Since the gua is 0, it should be treated as Gua 9 instead.You can use the method 2 to in the Applied Feng Shui course to verify this.
