Perhaps, if you can draw a sketch, it would show a clearer picture of your situation.
In "Office" Feng Shui there are two main considerations:-
1. Placement of office furniture of the CEO and other top ranking officals.
Here, since these people are spearheading the company, it is best to increase the `luck' element and harmony of them, first.
2. As what you have described, first thing is to see if the table you are using has a solid support. Usually it is at the side.
For the `front' support as in a pillar at the front of the table, it has to be looked at in total i.e. the location of your table in relation to the building and other tables.
The location of the toilets / lifts and other passages.
As mentioned earlier, it would be nice to see an illustration or sketch of your situation before, commenting further.
