I am born on the Metal Pig Year as I have found out from this site. In the past I have had very good things happening, the beginning of this Snake year however begin to turn things around for me, I sense that this year may not be my best year. How can I counter the Snake? What can I do to pass this year safe and sound and happy?

Yes, the metal pig in a metal snake year is not favourable.
Two things you have to becareful:-
1. Investments and finance
2. Injuries and accidents
You have to take extra care in both of the above areas.
The only reprieve is in June where you would have better luck.
