Hi, I'm about to build an apartment next year on top of an already existing building, and I have started to order an online analysis for it, but I don't know which is the right construction date for the analysis purposes, the building's or the apartment's?

Currently from 1984-2003 is period 7, if your existing building is built
this period, then the addition will still fall under period 7. If yours is
the period 6, then the change will result in changing your existing
apartment to period 7.
