is there any solution for a property whose level is lower than the road level

Dear Madi,
In my opinion, this is a Shapes and Form weakness. Equally important, is that the property should not be `entrapped' i.e. surrounded by taller buildings on all sides and particularly where they are at higher ground.
It is a site feature and very little one can do here.
