Is the front door considered the front door of the main building, or of my individual unit?

Dear BND,
Most of the time, as an individual we want our individual apratment accessed. In such a situation, the front door is the door of your individual unit. (NOT the main entrance of the building).
Usually, when the front door of the main building is being accessed, this is often done by a Feng Shui practitioner for the building owner.
