I am sitting in a room with two doors, one end of the door is my Manager in
a room and the other end is me and the middle is my Executive. I am sitting
next to the door and the are two glass in my room. Please advise is it a
good position to site.

If you can provide or attach a simple sketch of the layout; it would help me greatly in understanding the layout of your office tables.
Ideally, the table(s) should be against a wall; And it should not face directly a door (if possible).
