1) We were planning to use the biggest room as our study room/working room (NW)and second large room as our bedroom (SE).

Presently, the information is too general to give you good advise.
You may like to look at the placement of the furniture e.g. computer table / work table based on:
1. Good Shapes and Form Feng Shui.
2. Utilise the Eight House Theory to see if the tables can be placed in good sectors for each member.
3. Take a look out of the window of these rooms to see if there are any poison arrows. What one cannot see, it no longer becomes a threat.
