My prosperity area is also my only bathroom in my apartment. In order to increase my prosperity I have used red and green colors and a night light in this room. I am wondering if I should keep the door closed to my bathroom and what effect this will have on finances. Also, what can I do about my shower and toilet as I have learned that drains are not good in the prosperity area.

Dear Erin,
Under the Eight House Theory, the important point is that if one does not spent time at a specific location, it has little impact on the person.
Thus, even if the prosperity area/sector is at the toilet, if one does not spent time at that location, it has relatively little impact. It does not automatically mean that because the prosperity area is at the toilet, using the toilet ie. flushing it will mean flushing down one's wealth.
This `prosperity area' is only but one of the many other sectors within a specific theory and accounts for a smaller percentage of luck.
Warmest Regards,
Cecilh
