Dear Ricardo,
Perhaps can go to this conference:
Feng Shui `Tips & Tricks' and review the following messages:-
1. The Plus Equilibrium - dated 3/22/2000
2. Plus Equilibrium Question - dated 3/23/2000
The above uses the water position to balance houses at a T-junction. I am not sure if the above applies to you. If not, apprecaite if you can further elaborate or provide more details.
