Should we use 8 in the centre or 7 in the centre as I understand that this period till 2003 is the 7 while the yearly state 8.

Dear Chee Tiong,
For the 20 Year Flying Star chart, in this period ie. Period 7, one should use 7 in the centre.
For other charts i.e. Yearly, Monthly and/or Daily chart, it depends on the Period computation for that particular Year, Month or daily charts.
