My husband and I are house hunting right now. We have found a house that we are really interested in, however, there is a major highway behind it. There is a good distance and many trees between the house and the highway, but we would be able to hear it and can see it through the trees. The cars on the highway can't see the house much at all. Should we avoid this house or is there a cure that will work well enough? The house faces East/West with the front door to the west and the back/highway to the east.

If the frontage if facing the major highway, even if it is some distance away; if you can try to find other better units - than this.
Overall, if you can still hear the sound; there is still `vibrant' bad Sha Qi usually at higher level apartments.
