Hi all,
Well, this is the first time i have ever heard of this white tofu bit. But to a lot of chinese around, eating white tofu during chinese new year is auspicious( tofu= Fu Kwai). I have ask a chef on the sale of white tofu during chinese new year about this. He claims that white tofu sale's is good during the new year.
