I have read several conflicting theories on where to place the bed / mirror in a bedroom. My bedroom is rectangular (approx 11 x 16) with the entrance approximately 1/3 the way in from the wall on the longer portion of the rectangle.
I have heard that the feet/legs should not point towards the door. Please let me know if the bed can face the door if it is not directly in front of the door or should it be on the narrower wall (which is between 2 windows). Any help would be appreciated.
Additionally, I understand that mirrors should not be directly opposite the bed. ... but can the dresser with mirror be placed along the side of the bed? (The only other alternative would have to be at the foot of the bed, off to the left).
Thank you.

You may still have the bed face the door. But avoid the `coffin position' where one's feet directly faces the bedroom door. This is where the whole body is parallel with the wall and when one enters the bedroom door, see the entire peron's feet and body in a straight line.
Otherwise, it is still acceptable for the bed to be facing the bedroom door. It should be that our head should be able to look at the bedroom door and see who is coming in.

Yes, you can have the dresser with mirror placed along the side of the bed. And not let it face any part of the bed. This is considered acceptable.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
