change of colour of fish

Dear Cecil,
I have a goldfish which is 12 years old. Since I fed it on some fish food which is supposed to enhance its colour it has turned white in colour and has been white for over 10 years. I noticed last week the colour is slowly changing into orange again. Is this a good sign?

Frankly, I am not too sure about it. But, I believe it is a lucky coincidence!
It is certainly nice to hear that your fish has regained its colour!
