Read with interest on how Main Door reading
was taken.Noted that we have to stand at the
centre of our house to take the centre Line
of the main entrance.Prior discovering your website , I have consulted FS master when I went on House Hunting & was advised to look for Main Door bearing 120degree(im under the Metal Rat- 1960) & the reading should be taken directly from the main entrance postion itself. Is this correct as I have purchase Flying Star report base on the reading taken directly fm the
main Entrance.

Dear Frank,
1. If one is using an ordinary compass, the readings are taken from the centre-point of the house to the main entrance door.
2. For those who use a Luopan, then takes a reading from the main entrance door. The Luopan has a `sitting and facing direction'. And the reading thus will show the `sitting' direction.
3. In my opinion, the most accurate reading with an ordinary compass is from the centre-point of the house to the main entrance.

5. If you need to change the compass direction on your report, please e-mail us privately and let us know the change to your main entrance door direction so that we can update the information for you to regenerate a new report.
