Hi Everyone,
I would like to remind anyone wanting to use materials published by us to
seek consent or approval before using our materials.
Today, I walked into a bookstore and to my surprise, I found a few graphics
/ illustrations from my website copied wholesale. I was very sad because, I
remembered, these were my hardwork which I spent quite alot of time.
The well known author did not even asked me for my approval or consent and
conveniently took my illustrations. This is truly theft of intellectual
property rights. As I am investigating further, I have not put up the
detailed information on my website.

I hope that once you have sought legal advice and are permitted to do so, name the person who has committed this offence.
I for one, shall then be careful not to purchase books from this author.
Plagiarism is not tolerated and I hope you will follow this matter to its ultimate conclusion.

Thanks for your open support.
Not sure whether to " cry " or to " laugh " because I have no intention of
buying the `offending ' book. But really had no choice because I need to
give it to my lawyer.
Can I get a refund from the offending author? *JOKE*
Yes, I need to take some action. If not, this author may get bolder and
bolder. What next?

It's good that you are taking actions against this copy cat. Please keep us posted and upon your lawyer's permission do let us know who this author is. I certainly do not want to buy any of this author books.
