This condominum project located in Hillview area of Singapore uses the concept of `retaining wealth' for it's residents.

The attached illustration below shows a rough sketch of this condominium which is on the upper slope of a sloping hill.
In order to retain wealth, the condo has adopted a water feature where water is collected into a water position.
Here, this is to prevent the `wealth' from flowing or draining into another condominum.
This is a clever design and is good for the entire condominum households.
