2. Locations: Block 272A, Jurong West St 64 and Block 271D, Jurong West St 24
3. Enclosed please find two sample layout plans from designs found in these two flats.
4. Availability: Currently for Sale
5. `Threats' related to these two layouts:-
5.1 Riddled with major missing corners
5.2 Toilet at the center-point of the house (imply financial problems or money cannot be easily retained)
In this first part, overall recommendation: Don't Buy. (There are other better layouts to select... Try to Avoid)
