Remarks:-
1. Many Singaporeans will be getting their keys to units under this block. And the most frequent question asked is: Will the temple affect my home?
2. Overall, based on my earlier survey of this site for several clients, who have moved in or due to move in, the block that is most affected is located at Blk 158A.
However, only flats that are directly facing this temple is `affected'. Especially those whose apartments are at levels 2 to 5 or units #02 and #05 that are directly facing it.
3. I found that overall, this temple is relatively new and `clean' (do not house human urns etc). Thus overall, does not pose a real threat to other units such as Blk 158B, 158C or 158D
