Is there any implication of placing a fish tank facing the bedroom? As i do not really know how to read the compass, gotta apologise that there is no information of my house direction which can make your work easier.

In my opinion, the main issue is related to where the fish tank is placed. If it is close to the centre-point of the house, this is highly inauspicious.
Frankly, so far, I have not commonly seen a fish tank facing the bedroom. If you can, try to see if there is a better place e.g. in the living room area if possible.
