The water shapes are formed by taking into account of all major water bodies including Sea, Lakes, Rivers and Big Long Kangs?

All the above that you had mentioned can be considered so Long as they are in open spaces.

But not in a covered drain storm. For example, a hidden drainage or Reservior system that aerial photos cannot detect or shown.
