Hi!
I?ve just moved to my first apartment and started to look into Feng Shui. And have figured out, that my new home has the shape of an L, which isn?t very lucky. But everything, what I?ve read until know about L shapes were rather confusing. I mean i cannot rebuild a more than 200 years old house. I saw some drawings showing that I should separate my place as if they are two rectangular rooms, but than again, it?s kind of weird. Of course I would like to fix somehow the missing part, if it?s possible, but first I have to understand the whole meaning of having an L shaped flat.

Dear Barbara,
In my opinion, under Feng Shui, `L-shaped' houses are not unlucky.
More importantly, if one is trying to audit or access an `L-shaped' home, then, one has to try to find the centrepoint as well as one can further sub-divide the house into two `symbolic' rectangles to access the home.
Therefore, rest assured that an `L-shaped' home does not necessarily mean inauspiciousness.
