Development: Tanglin View Condominium
(Ready for Immediate Occupation)
Developer: Far East Organisation
Location: Prince Charles Crescent
URL: http://www.fareast.com.sg/mainpage.asp?LeaseSale=Sale&page=Features&Cat=Residential&id=46
Overall, this condominium has good Shapes and Forms. And majority of the apartments in this condominium has good interior layouts.
The layouts can be viewed from Far East Organisation's website:-
http://www.fareast.com.sg/mainpage.asp?LeaseSale=Sale&page=FloorPlan&Cat=Residential&id=46
From the above layout plans, try to locate TYPE A and TYPE B's. You will notice that this type of layout are a `rare find'. Where the toilets are neatly `tucked' away at corners.
Overall, all units shown on the above layout plans also are quite rectangular and few if any missing corners.
Worth taking a look for new home buyers

In my opinion, this is a `rare' find and as this is a `matured' condo i.e. already ready for immediate condo, it is certainly worth looking closely at unsold units.
